Sustainable architectural solutions for Vietnamese homes

Owning a solid and sustainable home is something everyone aspires to, but not everyone is lucky enough to meet qualified consultants and have the opportunity to access sustainable materials.

According to Nguyen Hong Cong, director of FACO Architecture Construction Consulting JSC, Vietnam currently has hundreds of enterprises in the aluminium die-casting industry, which account for 30 per cent of the market share in real estate projects and public works and houses, but generally focuses on small-scale operations.

Besides this, Vietnam also has thousands of interior and exterior architectural design firms, but the number of companies in the ecosystem of high-class aluminium die-casting factories like FACO is still minimal.

FACO Group was established from many member units with strategic shareholders who have more than 20 years of experience with aluminium alloy casting in the Vietnamese market.

Its key products, including gates, balustrades, fences, reliefs, tables, and chairs, are not only green and environmentally friendly, but also embrace aesthetic values and bold Asian culture.

FACO is developing strongly and achieving a growth rate of 150 per cent annually. Each year, about 3000 cast aluminium gates are installed in many projects and hundreds of interior and exterior items are ordered by customers.

In addition, the company has been investing in training skilled staff at foundries to become artisans and supporting young architects, encouraging them to use their talents for new product models exclusive to FACO.

Currently, the company has a high-class aluminium die-casting factory located in Nam Dinh province, an aluminium die-casting showroom in Hanoi, and more than 100 agents spread throughout the provinces.
