The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City has recently called for joint efforts to contain the pandemic. In response to the calling, SPG Invest and its member companies have delivered 100 HFNC devices to frontline hospitals and field hospitals to help treat critically-ill patients.

Among the hospitals receiving these devices are the Cu Chi COVID-19 Hospital, the Can Gio COVID-19 Hospital, and the Go Vap COVID-19 Hospital.

HFNC treatment is a non-invasive respiratory support therapy that delivers warm, humidified, oxygen-enriched air to patients, usually using a nasal cannula.

A representative of SPG Invest said that, “We consider Ho Chi Minh City our home, and the donation comes from the hearts of all SPG employees and its board of directors. Hopefully, our small donation will enable frontline hospitals, their healthcare workers and patients during this tough time.”

SPG Invest was founded in 1998 in Australia and is an international real estate group dedicated to investing in high-end real estate, premium hospitality, urban infrastructure, and smart technology for cities.

Over the past 20 years, the SPG fund and its member companies have developed 56 projects. Since 2018, SPG has chosen Vietnam as the location for its headquarter to manage investment projects in the Asia Pacific region.
