Pots ‘n Pans Restaurant and Bar and KOTO are excited to announce their first International Guest Chef Programme for 2013.

Accordingly, from April 18-25 Spanish chef Gregorio Montalban Sanchez will inspire local chefs and diners with a fusion of modern Spanish and Vietnamese cuisine.

The International Guest Chef Programme is a combined initiative of Pots ‘n Pans and KOTO (which helps disadvantaged children). The programme will bring highly acclaimed international talents to Hanoi at regular intervals throughout the year, encouraging creative collaboration between local chefs and the world’s best through master-classes, cultural exchange and inspirational dining experiences.

Pots ‘n Pans Restaurant and Bar and KOTO are delighted to welcome Gregorio who will work closely with the teams during his week long journey to craft epicurean delights.

Highlights will include degustation menus for gourmet dinners at Pots ‘n Pans and a fundraising dinner to support KOTO’s training programmes.

A key part of this programme is the Master-Class sessions, where Gregorio will share his experience with local kitchen teams, focusing on modern Spanish cuisine and associated culinary techniques.
