The video clip“Thinking about the environment before clicking Print” of Marie Curie School’s KWN team wasawarded the first prize.
Beside that, “Video clip of Best editing” to “Paper strike” was awarded to Doan Thi Diem School’s KWN team, “Video clip of best sociality theme” to “The mirror” of Hanoi Amsterdam School’s KWN team, “Video clip of best topical theme” to ”Plastic bag” of Le Quy Don KWN team, “Video clip of Best shooting” to “The Notes” of Lomonosov KWN team and “Video clip of best acting” to “Sorry son” of Phan Chu Trinh KWN team.
Naoki Sugiura, Planning and Brand Promotion director of Panasonic Vietnam said: “The KWN programme has been implemented in Vietnam for six years and the improvement of students in presenting video clips is becoming more visible.”
“We highly appreciate the solidarity and creativity of students, although the time is not long but they have tried their best, to work with full of enthusiasm and excitement. Being a full sponsor andimplementing the KWN programmein Vietnam, Panasonic expected that it wouldbe a good chance for Vietnamese pupils to show and develop their abilities when taking part in interesting global activities initiated by Panasonic.
The work of Marie Curie Secondary school KWN team will represent Vietnam to compete with KWN teams from other countries in Asia Pacific regional contest and global contest.
In the KWN programme all the participating schools are equipped with Panasonic’s broadcasting equipments to use during the video clip making process. Beside that, students were also provided a short term video clip training course with enthusiastic and experienced lecturer from University of Movie and Theatre Vietnam and technical support from Center for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents.
Panasonic started implementing KWN programme in Vietnamsince 2006. Until now, there are 13 KWN teams from secondary schools in Hanoi participated in this programme.
