The visit was part of a continuation of activities of learning and exchanging information about the development orientation of industrial parks and policies to attract investment in the southern province.
NS BlueScope Vietnam was one of two businesses honoured for its outstanding green transformation strategy at the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2024 on July 30.
Its factory, located in Phu My town, has also received a ResponsibleSteel certification, becoming the first unit in the steel industry in Vietnam and the first galvanised steel factory in Southeast Asia to do so.
This is also the third factory globally of BlueScope Group to be ResponsibleSteel certified.
