The West’s rebranding and upgrading strategies deliver a more luxurious and modern appearance for the Grade A office building, with premium services that cater to leading domestic and international enterprises.

The building at 265 Cau Giay street in Hanoi's Cau Giay district was acquired by Gateway Hanoi in October 2022 with a value of about VND2 trillion ($83.3 million), and renamed The West along with upgrading the service quality, and improving the functionality and infrastructure.

The building has 38 levels, delivering offices and a commercial centre. The office leasing area covers 25,000 square metres and 15,000sq.m for retail. The spaces are designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses, retailers, and entertainment providers.

A representative from Gateway Hanoi stated: "Through the rebranding strategy and important partner encounter programme, Gateway Hanoi aims to increase the competitive advantage for The West office building, enhance tenants’ experience, and continue to draw in more domestic and international businesses."

"The Strategic Partnership Encounter" on March 1 marks a significant milestone for The West’s strategic partnerships. With many outstanding advantages and a well-established rebranding strategy, The West aims to be a top destination for domestic and international businesses in the rapidly developing western area of Hanoi.
