“Hoa Binh recorded one of the lowest COVID-19 infection rates in Vietnam and it is one of the provinces that has had the best response to COVID-19. We are very happy with this success and look forward to accompanying Hoa Binh in investment and economic development,” Nguyen Huu Duong, representative of Kamala Holding said.

As a member of Hoa Binh Business Association, Kamala Holding not only actively supports frontline hospitals with medical supplies but is also one of the pioneer real estate enterprises of Hoa Binh.

In recent years, Hoa Binh province has issued many new mechanisms and policies to promote investment, thus attracting many large enterprises such as Vingroup, Sungroup, FLC, T&T Group, Phu My Hung, and Kamala Holding to study and invest in eco-urban development, tourism and services, as well as industrial park development, among others, to propel economic restructuring.

Recently, Hoa Binh has seen many positive improvements, especially in the fields of hospitality real estate and tourism.

According to the statistics, Hoa Binh has more than 20 hospitality real estate projects being implemented with a total capital of more than VND10 trillion ($434.8 million).

Kim Boi is one of the most attractive destinations for real estate and tourism investments in the province thanks to its rich folklore and traditional festivals, tying into the unique cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group.

Kim Boi is also rich in natural mineral hot springs suitable for medical treatment, a resource often referred to as the “white gold” of the district. This will be a huge potential advantage to attract both domestic and international enterprises to invest in hospitality real estate and tourism.

As a professional real estate company, Kamala Holding is focusing on developing the Kamala World Kim Boi project in Hoa Binh with a total area of more than 300 hectares. The project comprises of a 5-star resort, luxurious residential communities, a hospital and a wellness centre, an international boarding school, and a full range of facilities and amenities such as a cultural park and an ethnological museum. The project has a natural hot spring, a precious natural resource which is an outstanding advantage in hospitality real estate development in Hoa Binh.

Deputy general director of Kamala Holding, Tran Hai Minh said that Kamala World Kim Boi will build a world-class quality complex while preserving local culture and tradition. The project will develop public infrastructure facilities in the fields of healthcare and education that will attract more investment and create more jobs for locals.

Accompanied by prestigious partners from Japan and South Korea, the project will be operated and managed with 5-star international standards.

In the context of the current COVID-19 pandemic, hospitality real estate combining tourism, entertainment, and healthcare offerings is becoming more popular among investors and holiday-goers alike. Hospitality real estate with natural elements are now more promising due to their novelty, limited quantity, good accessibility, and flexibility in ownership and investment.

The holidaying close to home trend is supplying the northern hospitality industry with an abundant source of visitors, improving occupancy rates and pushing up profit margins at tourism projects
