The event aims to provide a platform for language education, seeking to address problems in language learning and teaching, through platforms of dialogue and exploring the role of AI in language education.

The conference is expected to have the participation of leading experts in the world, such as Dr. Reginakaplan Rakowski from University of North Texas in the United States; Professor Andrew P. Lian from Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand; Dr. Ania Lian University from Charles Darwin, Australia; Associate Professor Le Van Canh from Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City.
"We find common ground with Asia Call in prestige, quality and the spirit of innovation and pioneering in applying technology to teaching and learning. This is why we seek support from the university leadership to host the event," said Nguyen Truong Sa from Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, who is head of the Organising Board.
"In recent years, new technology has had a strong impact on education in general and English teaching in particular, supporting teachers in improving quality, helping both teaching and learning more conveniently and flexibly."
There will be a focus on bringing technology application solutions in the context of increasingly developing language learning and teaching. There will also be in-depth discussion sessions about AI for language learning; language teacher training to prepare teachers for the digital age; AI, Chatbots and language learning; game-based and AI-based language learning; and cultural interference in language training.

The event is an opportunity to strengthen connections, sharing as well as create bridges for domestic and international scientists, teachers, businesses, and organisations, especially in English teaching to discuss technology application, equipment, AI in education and life, and other related fields such as publishing and book distribution, media, studying abroad, and events.
Initiated by Asia Computer-Assisted Language Learning since 2002, ASIA CALL is an annual event. In 2023, the 20th ASIA CALL was held at Danang University.
