This recognition was granted by the global organisation Great Place to Work, following a comprehensive survey conducted from June 24 to July 16 this year involving over 2,400 employees across GREENFEED's various business units. The certification is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Survey results revealed that 95 per cent of respondents rated GREENFEED, which makes efforts in sustainable development for the agrifood industry, as a great place to work, significantly higher than the 59 per cent average across other companies.
The evaluation covered multiple dimensions, including workplace culture, policies, and employee engagement. GREENFEED recorded an average positive response rate of 92 per cent across all criteria.

The survey indicated that 90 per cent of employees trust the professional competence of their colleagues and leaders, feeling that they are part of a strong, professional team.
