Italy-based life insurer Generali Group has been one of the Most Honoured Companies of the insurance sector at the 2021 edition of the All-Europe Executive Team, the annual ranking of Institutional Investor, a leading international publisher focused primarily on international finance.

Institutional Investor also awarded Generali Group CEO, Philippe Donnet in the Best CEO category, reaching the second absolute position. Group CFO Cristiano Borean and head of Investor & Rating Agency Relations Giulia Raffo ranked first respectively as Best CFO and Best IR Professionals.

Generali was also among the best companies for the Best IR Program and Best Investor/Analyst Event categories and got the first position as Best IR Team.

The Institutional Investor ranking reflects the valuations of over 1,500 professionals and investors from approximately 600 financial services firms. CEOs were assessed on credibility, leadership, and communication criteria while CFOs on capital allocation, finance management, and communication.
