Gamuda Land HCMC appointed CBRE for managing Emerald precinct

Gamuda Land HCMC JSC has just appointed CBRE as the property management agency for high-end Emerald apartments, a precinct of Celadon City – a township project in Ho Chi Minh City.

Gamuda Land's Emerald consists of six blocks with more than 2,000 apartments, is one of the most luxurious apartments of Celadon City.

Emerald is an outstanding precinct of Celadon City with a large area reserved for green space, and many exclusive facilities, providing residents a full 5-star life style experience at the centre of the city.

According to Aw Soon Heng, head of project, construction, and township management at Gamuda Land HCMC, building a town is not only about construction.

“To do it right, we have to think through connectivity, the family gathering and enjoying the most convenient facilities. That’s the joy residents have as a community in Celadon City,” he said.

Chu Thi Minh Ngoc, director, head of property management at CBRE Vietnam, also shared that besides providing standardised services, CBRE will secure the hand-over process and benefits of residents once Emerald is put into operation.

The high-end apartment of Emerald is part of Celadon City, which is developed by Gamuda Land, a property development arm of Gamuda Berhad from Malaysia.
