Electronics and smart equipment exhibition planned for Ho Chi Minh City

Big brands in the electronics industry, retail chains and smart home appliances such as Panasonic, Mega Housewares, CCTV Camera, Green Cook, FPT, Tiktok Shop, Fujifilm, Altech Computer, Mobifone, and VNG Vietnam have all registered to attend and work directly with suppliers during the exhibition.

IEAE Vietnam is co-organised by VINEXAD (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and the CHAOYU EXPO from China, taking place from May 23 to 25 at Saigon International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, expected to welcome over 20,000 visitors for investment cooperation and sustainable business development in Vietnam.

According to Chris Wu, project director, Chaoyu Expo, after three successful exhibition seasons in Vietnam, the organiser expects this year's event to create impressive exhibition activities and product experiences, helping buyers from all over to do business.

“Our goal is to build IEAE into a professional and influential B2B electronics and smart device exhibition in Southeast Asia,” said Wu.

According to Nguyen Ngoc Toan, general director of Sunhouse International, an exhibitor, every year the company visits international exhibitions to look for new products and technologies.

“At the 2023 IEAE exhibition, we met many suppliers who can meet product quality requirements, including partners who have worked with Sunhouse for a long time,” Toan said.

Nowadays, electronic products and smart devices using AI are increasingly popular not only for young people but also creating trends for all classes of users in general.

Convenience and reasonable price are two factors that bring advantages to smart products that have become essential in human life such as phones, computers, healthcare equipment, sports watches, household appliances and many others.

Within the framework of the event, there will be five specialised seminars and a business connection programme to welcome potential buyers to meet individually with each supplier.
