Cleanfact & Resat Expo 2023 comes to Bac Ninh

Cleanfact & Resat Expo 2023 will display the most advanced technologies for clean rooms, high-tech factories, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

According to the organising board, out of the more than 100 enterprises participating in this year’s Cleanfact & Resat Expo, about half are Vietnamese, 40 per cent are foreign-invested enterprises, and 10 per cent are foreign entities that do not currently have bases in Vietnam.

Ta Quang Ngoc, chairman of the Vietnam Society of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (VISRAE), said that the exhibition is one of the industry's largest ever event series in Vietnam.

“The refrigeration and air conditioning industry in Vietnam is developing strongly and has been growing well in Southeast Asia. Each year, over 2 million air conditioners and 1 million refrigerators are sold. Clearly, Vietnam is a powerhouse in terms of exporting agricultural and aquatic products, and so requires huge cold storage capacity,” Ngoc shared.

Cao Dai Thang, chairman of Intech Investment and Technology JSC added, “We expect more than 5,000 visitors during the three days of the event.”

The exhibition will include specialised discussions related to the development of the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

The event will facilitate the exchange of information and highlight opportunities in the fields of automation and high-tech manufacturing. There will be discussions on restructuring, strategy building, and corporate governance, as well as a job fair.

In Vietnam, high-tech manufacturing industries – especially those that require clean rooms – are developing strongly, leading to competitive pressure to improve product quality.

Thang stated, “The global size of the clean room and clean technology market has reached $100 billion, and could see a fast growth rate in Vietnam with the support of foreign partners.”

The heating and refrigeration industry plays an important role in all areas of life, from housing, commerce, services, and healthcare, to industrial buildings and high-tech factories.

A representative of the organising board said that the market has great potential, but currently there are not many opportunities for brands and businesses to connect and exchange ideas.

The exhibition is being held from October 26 to 28 at the INTECH Group Business Hub Building in the VSIP Urban Industrial and Service Park in Bac Ninh. It is organised by VISRAE in collaboration with International Brand and Communication JSC.

The event is a prime opportunity for businesses to connect, exchange information, and cooperate with potential partners.
