Air New Zealand’s chief marketing and customer officer Mike Tod said the accolades reflect the airline’s commitment to delivering an outstanding experience on the more than 16 million customer journeys it facilitates every year.
“Listening to customer feedback is an important part of our strategy and has helped us to deliver high-quality products and a more seamless customer experience.
“It is incredibly meaningful to receive these awards as a result of direct feedback from our customers globally. Our people work hard each day to deliver a unique customer experience, so to have this acknowledged directly by customers is extremely satisfying,” said Tod.
Senior vice president and general manager for TripAdvisor Flights Bryan Saltzburg said, “We are thrilled to recognise the global TripAdvisor community’s favourite airlines and shine a spotlight on the carriers around the world that provide the very best flying experiences, including Air New Zealand.”

On this occasion, Air New Zealand also introduces a special promotion for the first 100 passengers who are going to study in New Zealand, with an extra free-of-charge luggage of 23kg.
Out of the direct season, Vietnamese travellers can book a transfer flight from Vietnam via Singapore using Air New Zealand services.
