The agreement is part of IHG Academy programme, which aims to strengthen the relationship between the hotel and the local community. The ceremony has taken place on the December 6, 2013 at the Nha Trang Tourism College.
As part of the agreement, the hotel will provide minimum 45 days of on-the-job training for the students as well as offer necessary mentoring programmes to develop their leadership, listening, motivating and problem solving skills. The programme aims to help students increase confidence, academic performance and awareness of career opportunities.
Besides giving the local students valuable exposure a professional working environment, the programme also includes many other activities including lecturers industry cross –exposure, guest speakers and hotel visits for the students.
