It is the first Japanese resort project launched in Danang, covering 10 hectares and has total investment capital of $12 million.

Shoji Nishikawa, chairman of P&I Enterprises, said the resort was designed with Champa architecture and would be attractive to customers. In the first phase, Pulchra Danang has 31 villas, including 18 garden villas, 11 lake-side villas and 2 coastal villas.

“Pulchra brand is famous in Japan because of its hi-quality services and unique architecture design that is suitable to Asia’s culture. We designed Pulchra Danang with the Champa architecture style, from external designs to internal decoration, in order to create a unique style for this resort,” said Nishikawa.

He said Pulchra targeted to attract customers from Japan, but in the first phase the resort developer would launch many programmes to meet the demand of domestic tourists as well as European and East Asian tourists.

“In the future, I hope there will be a direct flight from Japan to Danang and return and Japanese tourists could visit Danang, where is closed to many world culture heritages, easily,” said Nishikawa.

Apart from Pulchra Danang, P&I Enterprises owns a Pulchra Philippines. The developer plans to develop the second phase of Pulchra Danang by building 20 more luxury villas, Japanese restaurants and other facilities.
