VSF was held for the first time in 2015 at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology under the direction of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Since then, it has helped to promote the application of STEM in daily life, improving the capacity for research, enhancing creative thinking, and focusing on the knowledge and skills that meet the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

It provides an opportunity for sci-tech managers, researchers, and schools to develop scientific and technological knowledge, thus contributing to creating well-qualified personnel.
