The menu will be prepared by chef Chung who is world-famous for his ability to transform delicate flavours. He is known as an artist in the world of grande cuisine, being the first Vietnamese chef to be honoured as Hotel Chef of the Year at the Hotelier Awards Asia 2017. Truffle Club is honoured to collaborate with chef Chung in all of its haute cuisine programmes and close cooperation with the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.

A highlight of the event is the concert that includes some of the world’s best artists, such as Silvia Belfiore – a pianist and musicologist who has performed at more than 500 concerts in 24 countries around the world. There will also be performances by Sviatlana Halubouskaya – a violinist who has won many international awards – and Roman Vorobyov – a violinist and conductor who has performed around the world with many famous musicians including Paul Badura-Skoda, Nikolay Petrov, and Elisso Virsaladze.
