RongViet Securities receives 'Outstanding M&A Advisor' award

As part of the forum, the organisers recognise 'Outstanding M&A Deals and Advisors'. The evaluation is conducted independently by an expert council based on various criteria, including the number and scale of transactions advised, the nature and significance of the deals, as well as the experience and capabilities of the advisory teams.

This year, RongViet Securities was once again honoured as one of the outstanding securities firms in the M&A industry, marking the sixth consecutive year that the firm has been privileged to receive recognition in the M&A category at the forum.

Held annually by VIR under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Vietnam M&A Forum is a prestigious event in the world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Over the past 16 years, the forum has garnered significant attention and participation from policymakers, industry experts, and business leaders from both domestic and international firms.

RongViet has advised on several notable deals in 2024, including KIDO Group’s acquisition of a 75 per cent stake in Hung Vuong Plaza, and advising Hua Na Hydropower JSC on acquiring the entire Nam Non Hydropower Plant. RongViet also advises on the transfer of shares of TNM Digital to Rohto Pharmaceutical.

Last year, RongViet advised on other significant M&A deals, such as KIDO Group’s acquisition of 68 per cent of Tho Phat JSC and Nutifood’s acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in KIDO Frozen Foods JSC.
