PNJ innovates the human resource management model toward sustainable development |
In 2023, the labour market witnessed a wave of staff reductions and layoffs. Meanwhile, employers also faced many situations such as job hopping, freelancing, and remote working.
Responding promptly to the speed of change and even sudden changes in the labour market, since 2017, PNJ has implemented a series of restructuring strategies to pursue an innovative management model.
Accordingly, the board of directors of PNJ continuously refreshes its divisions, including in human resources.
According to PNJ’s representative, in front of "turns" in the market, the management board catches up with the trend to train new skills for the sales team and improve organisational capacity.
"We continuously transplant, create new 'DNA' sources, improve technology to create a strong engine to push the “PNJ boat” to break out into the ocean, and set a new growth peak," the representative said.
At the Employer Of Choice event organised by CareerViet on the evening of February 23, PNJ was honoured with first place in the "Top 100 Most Popular Employers 2023" in the retail/wholesale industry thanks to its creative and effective human resources strategy.
In addition, in the ranking “Top 100 most popular employers 2023," PNJ reached the seventh position in the large enterprises sector, up 2 places compared to 2022.
