At this intimate "Meet the Chefs" dinner, seven of Central Vietnam’s culinary stars from premium 5-star hotels in Danang will craft an Asian course each, matched with the wines to present a spectacular 8-course set menu: Chef Nguyen Ba Tuoc – Than Trong Trieu – Tran Huu Cam (Grand Mercure Danang - Danang), Chef Le Thanh Nam (Premiere Village Danang Resort – Danang), Chef Nguyen Dong Hai (Azerai La Residence Hue – Hue), Chef Lawrence Tay (Mercure French Village Ba Na – Danang), and Chef Trinh Minh Thong (Meliá Danang Resort – Danang).

With only VND1.1 million ($50) per person for an extraordinary 8-course menu, diners will be treated with exquisite delights for an intimate dinner party with the splendid night view of the Han River and Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
