On October 8, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) was awarded the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 title by HR Asia at its first time participating in the awards.

This year, approximately 30,000 employees from 581 countries in Vietnam responded to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey. MB is among the few banks to be given this award.

The survey’s results show that the average score of MB on three criteria, including Collective Organisation for Real Engagement (Core), Heart, Mind, and Soul (Self), and Think, Feel, and Do (Group), is significantly higher compared to the market average.

In addition, the bank's resilience and great efforts in prioritising employee experience despite navigating the uncertainty amid the pandemic have been internationally recognised.

The bank is gaining the upper hand in energy-saving and sustainable development thanks to its large share of paperless-based interactions.

Meanwhile, MB has set new standards for an ideal workplace, where all employees gain the commitment of comprehensive care and opportunities to unlock their potential through diverse experiences and challenges. Notably, over the last three years, the number of MB employees has remained unchanged but labour productivity has increased by about 25 per cent per year.
