Furthermore, 93 per cent of employees feel good about the way the company contributes to the community, a testament to Masan Group’s overarching philosophy of "doing well by doing good". Notably, 92 per cent of employees expressed pride in both their personal achievements and the company’s overall success. Survey responses also highlighted high levels of agreement on fair treatment regardless of gender or race, underscoring Masan Consumer's steadfast efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
