KinderWorld and Novaland to develop education projects in Dong Nai province

KinderWorld International Group and Novaland Group have announced a new milestone in education–real estate collaboration following their agreement to jointly develop international education centres within the Aqua City urban area in the southern province of Dong Nai.

KinderWorld Vietnam JSC, a subsidiary of KinderWorld International Group Ltd. and Dalat Valley Real Estate Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Novaland Group, signed the MoU on June 28.

The agreement sets forth strategic collaboration for the establishment of KinderWorld International Kindergarten (KIK) and Singapore International School (SIS) in four potential land plots in the Aqua City township development. The first school campus, planned to open in 2026, will feature premier modern facilities, including science laboratories, STEM rooms, football fields, a swimming pool, and an athletic centre, all designed to foster academic and extracurricular achievement.

Ricky Tan, chairman and CEO of KinderWorld International Group, said, "We are excited to bring the KinderWorld International Kindergarten and Singapore International School brand to Aqua City and believe this development will significantly add to the overall success of the project."

Aqua City is a pioneering ecological urban township development, spanning over 1,000 hectares along the Dong Nai River, accommodating around 60,000 residents. It has been designed as a green, smart, and modern community with integrated amenities including residential areas, commercial centres, parks, marinas, healthcare facilities, and education hubs.

With its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City and the upcoming Long Thanh International Airport, Aqua City is positioned to become a new growth centre for the southeastern region. The addition of SIS to the Aqua City development will further enhance its appeal to families seeking a holistic lifestyle that combines sustainable living with access to top-tier education.
