In June, Home Credit Vietnam and MSIG Insurance Vietnam celebrated the 18-month milestone of their strategic partnership, marking the outstanding business performance that has brought great value to customers.
After 15 years of establishment and development, Home Credit Vietnam is one of the first digital financing companies to provide consumer financial products in the Vietnamese market.
With 6000 employees serving nearly 15 million customers, Home Credit provides consumer financial products and services in 63 cities and provinces nationwide.
MSIG Vietnam has been present in the market since 2009. It is a long-standing insurance service provider in Asia, and a subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group (Japan).
Through Home Credit's extensive distribution network in Southeast Asia and in Vietnam, MSIG and Home Credit cooperated to increase customer access to retail insurance and simplify insurance services. With that purpose, Home Credit Vietnam and MSIG Vietnam have achieved many impressive results together.
In Vietnam, MSIG has worked with Home Credit to launch three products, namely Inpatient Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, and Comprehensive Healthcare Insurance, with the desire to provide solid support for the customers and their families if there are any unexpected circumstances.
After more than 18 months since the launch, the two companies have recorded large numbers of customers buying insurance products. The prompt and fair claim settlement is processed by MSIG Vietnam with the principle of optimising the customers’ interests. They have received customer praise for the professionalism of their customer service team.
This is the result of constant improvement in the sales process to enhance the customer experience. Home Credit and MSIG focus on simplifying the claim process through digitalisation. With only three steps, policyholders immediately receive the benefits of direct billing from more than 500 hospitals and clinics across the country, and prompt support for other claims from those visiting medical facilities that are not on the direct billing list.
With the goal of a long-term and sustainable strategic partnership, Home Credit and MSIG continuously research and improve to provide the most suitable insurance products for the target customer group. At the same time, perfecting the customer experience is also a top priority for both companies as they aim to deliver an excellent and complete customer journey.
