Generali Vietnam has officially launched premium collection service via Vietcombank’s VCB Digibank, enabling customers to make safe and secure online payments anytime, anywhere, and completely free of charge.

Expanding premium payment services via VCB Digibank and upgrading payment services via more than 7,000 Payoo-accepted stores nationwide will bring a great deal of comfort to Generali customers

Concurrently, the Italian-backed life insurer has also upgraded its premium payment service via 7,000 convenience stores, supermarkets, technology stores, and more that accept Payoo, allowing customers to receive real-time SMS notifications from Generali upon completing payment transactions at any of these stores.

Additionally, customers interested in buying VITA – Sống Như Ý (VITA – Live the Life You Desire) health insurance online will have the option to make offline payment afterwards stores accepting Payoo payments.

At any nearby convenience store like Family Mart, Circle K or FPT shops, Generali customers can make premium payments and quickly receive real-time SMS notifications

“With just a few clicks on a mobile device or taking a few steps to the nearest Family Mart, Circle K, or FPT Shop, Generali customers can now make premium payments in a fast, simple, and secure manner. With the motto of 'Simpler, smarter, customer-centric', we are committed to continuously enhancing customer experience,” said Tina Nguyen, Generali Vietnam CEO.

To make an online payment via VCB Digibank, customers with an existing Vietcombank account can simply log into VCB Digibank on their computer or mobile device, go to “Bill payment”, then “Insurance fee”, and select Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC.

Customers can easily learn and buy VITA – Sống Như Ý health insurance online and make offline payment afterwards at stores accepting Payoo payments

Moreover, Generali has also partnered with Payoo to launch a new payment channel for customers buying VITA – Sống Như Ý health insurance. Accordingly, customers can learn about the product and make an online purchase via Generali’s online insurance platform while having the options to make online payment or pay directly at stores accepting Payoo.
