With the inclusion of AOSIS, FPT aims to widen its client base and business prospects, enhancing capabilities in SAP, Data, Cloud, and smart solutions for industries such as aerospace, aviation, and transportation.

"This acquisition significantly bolsters our hundreds of technology experts who have a deep understanding of the French and broader European market. AOSIS's four offices will join FPT's global network," said Pham Minh Tuan, CEO of FPT Software.

"Over the past decade, FPT has continually strengthened core competencies, solidifying our position in strategic markets and expanding partnerships through M&A with leading consulting and technology firms worldwide. With AOSIS's reputation in data technology in France, their expertise and high-quality resources will extend FPT's capability to deliver end-to-end solutions and accompany clients in their digital transformation journey in Europe and globally."

Pascal Janot, CEO of AOSIS commented, “As a data-specialised company, AOSIS seeks to expand collaborations with larger clients. Aligning with FPT's desire to enhance its presence, we jointly aim to drive business growth, starting in Toulouse and then across France."

"This collaboration is expected to open up numerous client opportunities both within and outside France, maintaining AOSIS's core values and commitments in citizenship, ecology, and sports. It's a synergistic blend of expertise and personalised services between AOSIS's engineering team, which has developed numerous successful products, and FPT's resource pool of nearly 30,000 IT engineers operating in 29 countries worldwide.”

Since its entry into the French market in 2008, FPT has established a strong presence with 400 experts in Paris, Toulouse, and Sophia Antipolis, serving diverse sectors like big data, AUTOSAR, SAP, and Cloud services.

FPT's technological prowess is affirmed through partnerships with major clients like Airbus, Geopost, and Quandient. Recently, the company was listed in the Top 100 ICT Companies in France in October.

Europe represents one of FPT's largest international markets, with a network of 10 offices across Germany, France, the UK, Denmark, Slovakia, and Romania.

Meanwhile, AOSIS, founded in 2010 in Toulouse, France by a group of SAP experts, initially focused on software development. Currently, AOSIS provides technology services and consultancy in business intelligence, data science, big data, data management, training, and software.
