Dalat to accommodate new urban area
Kien Trung Investment & Construction Company Limited recently broke ground for Hoang Dinh Villa new urban area at Dalat city’s Ward 11.

The VND500 billion ($25 million) project will spread over 76 hectares with six different functional areas.
They comprise 130 garden-land slots, 276 detached houses and 170 villas. The project also features kindergartens, primary schools, commercial services and hospitality facilities, and luxury entertainment residences. It also spares 12.3ha for gardens and green area.
According to the developer, the project, which will be completely launched in 2016, will have its first out of three phases finished after 12 months of construction.
