The annual Vietnam Foodservice Industry Seminar will give insights into Vietnam's F&B market

This is the third annual event where Eurocham and Decision Lab welcomes the foodservice industry, catering a full course of delectable insights and carefully curated findings from the richest dataset of consumer interviews.

The annual event gathers more than one hundred executives and managers from the food and beverage (F&B) industry and offers a valuable once-a-year opportunity to network and exchange thoughts and ideas on the development of the market in the coming year.

This year’s special topic “Growth and Profitability through Strategic Partnerships” will focus on the need for operators and manufacturers to achieve shared success through understanding each other's needs and how they can together serve new customers better.

Decision Lab will share insights and potential growth areas based on data from its proprietary Foodservice Monitor and in-depth interviews with experts.

A panel of leading executives will give an insider's view on innovative partnerships from the perspective of foodservice operators in Vietnam’s highly competitive market. The panel will give an update on Vietnam’s F&B industry in the past year, like the revival of full service restaurants and continued struggle of quick service chains as well as the rising demand for non-Vietnamese cuisine and the strategy to capture these changing preferences.

The event also highlights the need for innovative partnerships as a road to profitability. As the market shifts and margins decline, F&B players must partner up in more creative ways to stay competitive and achieve sustainable growth.
