The practice was received the approval and support from the local authorities including the Quang Ninh Firefighting Police Department, the Quang Ninh Coast Guard Department, the Quang Ninh Administration of Tourism and the Halong Bay Management Board.
Particularly, the Quang Ninh Firefighting Police Department sent 15 policemen, one fire-fighting vessel and one lifesaving boat to participate in the practice. The Halong Bay Management Board and the Quang Ninh Coast Guard Department also had their people and lifesaving boats engaged in this with Syrena Cruises team.
