The issuance of the investment registration certificate for phase one of the WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone – Thanh Hoa is a pivotal moment for us. It represents a major step in WHA’s commitment to fostering innovation, sustainable growth, and economic prosperity in Thanh Hoa.

By leveraging smart technologies and sustainable practices, we aim to shape the future of industrial development, not just in Thanh Hoa, but in Vietnam as a whole. With an initial development of 178 hectares, set to expand to 540ha upon completion, this project will play a transformative role in the region.

What is WHA’s plan to accelerate the development of WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone - Thanh Hoa?

We plan to begin construction in early 2025, and we expect to have land available for secondary investors by mid-2025. Our focus is on providing world-class infrastructure and a strategic location to attract leading companies in sectors such as electronics, electrical, telecommunications, robotics, aerospace, photonics and more. By advancing cutting-edge technologies and infrastructure, we are shaping a future where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

We are particularly focused on attracting high-value technology industries, including electronics, electrical, telecommunications, robotics, aerospace, photonics, logistics, consumer goods, medical and chemical. By fostering these sectors, WHA is shaping the future of sustainable industrial ecosystems that contribute to the global supply chain.

We are bringing over 35 years of experience from Thailand to Vietnam, particularly in areas like infrastructure development, sustainable industrial practices, and eco-friendly technologies. We believe that WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone - Thanh Hoa will set a new model for industrial zones in Vietnam, shaping the future of industrial development by combining economic competitiveness with environmental responsibility.
