The Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) was formed and developed in 1996 in Thuan An of the southern province of Binh Duong with the first project named VSIP I, focusing on developing green industrial parks (IPs).
After 26 years, VSIP Group has opened an integrated urban-service industrial model, implementing many large-scale housing projects equipped with diversified utilities right in the IPs.
In 2007, VSIP Bac Ninh started construction after 11 years of VSIP’s presence in Vietnam. The project opens a new development direction for industrial cities in the direction of synchronising both economic and living factors, creating a closed circle that provides jobs and attracts labour.

VSIP Bac Ninh has a scale of nearly 700 hectares, located adjacent to Hanoi. VSIP Bac Ninh has become an outstanding model for industrial, urban, and integrated service complexes. VSIP Bac Ninh has filled 99 per cent of industrial land, attracting 116 investors from 18 countries and territories with a total investment capital of nearly $2 billion, and creating jobs for about 30,000 workers.
Located in the complex, the 5.7ha BelHomes Bac Ninh urban area offers 365 detached houses and townhouses. In addition to the general landscape, the architecture of each house is designed in a modern Singaporean style. The project also possesses standard internal facilities that bring practical values and high-class experiences to residents.
The success of the urban-service integrated IP model in Bac Ninh is the driving force for VSIP Group to expand to other localities.
Consecutively, a range of integrated projects was born and succeeded in Binh Duong (2008), Haiphong (2010), Quang Ngai (2013), Nghe An (2015), and Binh Dinh (2020).
All localities with VSIP imprints make a total change in the appearance of infrastructure as well as the life of the community around the project.
Right after Bac Ninh, BelHomes Haiphong was developed in a 9.5ha at VSIP Haiphong. The outstanding feature of the project is three large parks with a total area of over 6ha with a series of accompanying services.

After that, VSIP Group constructed the Thien My Loc residential area in VSIP Quang Ngai with more than 6,500 houses, providing accommodation for 34,650 residents.
Accompanying the project is a 21,000sq.m super park with a variety of utilities. With the VSIP Plaza completed in 2016, residents living in Thien My Loc and the surrounding community can enjoy an array of services, a gym, tennis court, healthcare centres, libraries, and a food court.
The Habitat Binh Duong at VSIP I Binh Duong with 11 luxury apartment towers is oriented to become a green living space with high-class utilities. This project owns a series of healthcare facilities such as an infinity pool, children's pool, a sauna, a landscape waterfall, a tropical garden, and a yoga ground among others.
Also in Binh Duong, Sun Casa and Sun Casa Central projects were built with a chain of utilities that have been completed and put into use, such as The Sun Sports Complex, two internal central parks, The Sun Park, The Sun Mall, and The Sun Containers Night Market. The 8,000 square metre general clinic and the first water music area in Binh Duong are also gradually completed.
According to Nguyen Phu Thinh, general director of VSIP, in addition to commercial purposes, VSIP Group desires to raise the standard of living for investors and their families, and at the same time, create a developing environment for employees, people, and communities.
Residents in VSIP's urban areas can not only enjoy an ecological living space with synchronous utility systems but also events and festivals created by the investor.
Lim Mei Ying, a resident of Belhomes Bac Ninh, and her husband are working for VSIP and said that their family was satisfied when moving here to live. Even though they moved back from Singapore, the family members quickly adapted to their new life.
“I felt close to living in Singapore after moving to Belhomes, with its large, green, and airy space. Right in this project, there are full facilities and residents are connected effectively,” said Ying.
With an integrated development orientation, VSIP Group has received many major awards from Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2020 and many others.
VSIP Group will continue to promote its strategy to develop high-quality industrial and commercial housing projects, with modern utilities, infrastructure systems, and services, contributing to improving the living standard in localities where VSIP is present.
