More than two million people work at industrial parks or export processing zones in Vietnam. But, the majority of these workers live in very basic off-site accommodation. In Hanoi alone, where 400,000 people work at industrial parks, there are no workers hostels. Meanwhile, officials are labouring to find a solution to the problem.
