The implementation of the project will leverage VitaDairy’s total operational system by integrating and standardising corporate procedures from financial planning, demands and supplies forecasting, and integrated business planning, to supply chain optimisation, including inputs, warehouses, and production.

It will optimise production and operating costs, and stimulate the expansion of product distribution channels and sales while increasing productivity.

Moreover, the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud solution will assist the management's decision-making process thanks to a synchronised and easily extracted data system that is primed to support VitaDairy's long-term growth strategy.
