Vietnam’s Best Managed Companies for 2023 unveiled

To meet the criteria to be awarded the title of one of Vietnam's Best Managed Companies, businesses undergo a rigorous assessment led by a panel of independent and multidisciplinary judges. Applicants are evaluated based on four core pillars: strategy, capabilities and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as governance and financials.

This year, the prestigious award went to three companies who managed to maintain their Best Managed status for a second consecutive year.

Pham Van Thinh, CEO, Deloitte Vietnam said, “This year, we would like to congratulate three outstanding private businesses in the fields of education, healthcare, food processing and confectionery. After rounds of rigorous evaluation with independent judges, these businesses deserve to be seen as great examples of the title of Best Managed Companies.”

These Vietnamese winners join a global network of best managed companies comprising more than 1,300 organisations from 46 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Best Managed is a flagship scheme presented by Deloitte Private, a division of Deloitte exclusively focused on serving private clients of all sizes.

It is a global award that recognises organisational excellence, success, and entrepreneurial spirit in privately held companies. The awards provide a distinct framework for management teams to challenge themselves and benchmark against some of the best private companies in the world.
