The move reflects GMAA's efforts to continue to expand international trade and its green product portfolio. Following the investment, GMAA is now a strategic partner of East Forged, which is deeply engaged in the beverage sector in Australia through collaboration with local businesses.
Dang Huynh Uc My, chairwoman of TTC AgriS, shared, “Our growth strategy in Australia is deeply rooted in the agriculture and food industries, integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices. To promote this, we collaborate with local businesses through joint investments and strategic agreements with small and medium-sized enterprises in the food and beverage sector. Thanks to Trade and Investment Queensland for connecting and accompanying our international business development strategy with GMAA in Australia to achieve this result.”
This investment in an Australian beverage company represents a significant step in TTC AgriS’s strategy to expand the company’s presence in the global food and beverage market, particularly in the natural food processing sector.
Founded in 2020, East Forged specialises in producing naturally cold-brewed tea with no added sugar, artificial colouring, or flavors. East Forged is deeply committed to product origin, health benefits, and sustainability, sourcing tea leaves from Australian and Taiwanese farmers, while adhering to high standards of responsible production and sustainable supply chains.
With the new capital from GMAA, East Forged will focus on product innovation and expanding its market to Asia, where tea-based beverages are highly popular.
