What are TCP Vietnam’s criteria and strategies for doing business in the food and beverage sector?

We focus on development criteria including transparency in business, high-quality products, a safe working environment, and harmony with the community. Accordingly, we supply international-compliant products in line with the safety standards and enforcement rules of the US Food and Drug Administration.

In addition, TCP’s products are also integrated with appropriate nutritional ingredients, which speed up the release, absorption, and replenishment of energy for consumers.

We also give priority to three strategies: Fulfilling - Growing - Caring. With regards to the fulfilling strategy, we energise the brand by strengthening the production line or expanding the product portfolio to meet the physical and mental health needs of consumers.

In terms of the Growing strategy, TCP Vietnam focuses on expanding business activities and supplying diverse top-quality products to Vietnamese customers. The company is committed to creating values for partners in our supply chain. We also act as a trade bridge between Thailand and Vietnam, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the local economy.

For the Caring strategy, we make efforts to promote sustainable values and activities to spread positive energy to the community. The company has partnered with various organisations including the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation (CVYF), Vietnam National Union of Students (VNUS), and the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to provide more energy and inspire young Vietnamese.

Could you share TCP Vietnam’s latest initiative to contribute to supporting and improving people's health?

With the purpose of “Energizing a Better World for All”, we place top priority on spreading positive energy to the community, especially the young generation. Most recently, TCP Vietnam has joined forces with stakeholders to launch a programme titled “Youth Workers’ Day - Spread Positive Energy”. The initiative is part of long-term activities to create a playground for workers to improve their health and well-being.

The initiative features many useful activities such as free health check-ups, health consultancy, and medication. More than 16,000 workers will receive free medical examinations including telehealth consultation by healthcare practitioner through telephone or mobile app, biochemical tests, blood immunology, check heart rate and blood pressure, check for signs of post-covid-19, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, blood immunohistochemistry test, ECG, OTC medicines and health-care handbook, and especially, directly receive essential gifts to partially support their daily lives.

In addition to taking care of young workers’ health, within the framework of the programs, the Youth Workers’ Football Tournament - Red Bull Cup, Youth Worker Talent Competition, discount fairs, and music festival nights will be held throughout the provinces to raise the material and spiritual living conditions of the workers and encourage them to connect, strengthen and expand their relationships. In particular, the Youth Workers’ Football Tournament is expected to attract 100 teams nationwide, igniting football and even sporting passion and fueling a source of motivation in every individual to be more devoted to the country’s growth.

Recently, in collaboration with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Vietnam Youth Federation, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, we kicked off the first festival in the central province of Quang Nam in May and attracted over 8,000 participations, 2,500 young workers received physical examination and free medicine distribution. The programme will last until November across Quang Nam, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Can Tho and Hanoi. The initiative is expected to attract 50,000 young workers, who are the main workforce of the country.

How has the company actively participated in activities to invigorate Vietnamese youth?

Over recent years, TCP Vietnam and its brands Warrior and Red Bull have joined several initiatives to invigorate Vietnamese youth, the future owners of the country. Warrior this year signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam National Union of Students (VNUS) to sponsor the Vietnam University Games (VUG) tournament from now to 2027. The partnership program affirms the Warrior’s long-term commitment to not only bringing the youthful spirit to the largest and most prestigious sports playground for young people but also energizing them to enjoy many lasting memories together.

Meanwhile, Red Bull has been giving positive energy to all young people who love football through the Student Cup. All initiatives are aimed at bringing positive energy and encouraging sportsmanship along with healthy joy, thereby helping to enrich the spiritual and physical life of the young generation.

The TCP Vietnam company also works with the Vietnam Youth Union to organise many communal activities, such as honouring the outstanding disabled young people in a programme entitled “Light of Vietnam Perseverance”. The company also honours young people with honourable actions and positive lifestyles through the “Noble Youth" award.
