Sunny World signs strategic cooperation agreement with Daiwha House, Haichang Ocean Park Holdings and Medi Hub

The event was held in Ho Chi Minh City with major partners including Daiwa House and Medi Hub from Japan as part of several real estate projects, theme parks, and high-tech healthcare centres.

Daiwa House is a famous Japanese corporation with nearly 70 years of development and charter capital of $1.26 billion. Its business covers 24 countries with more than 48,000 employees specialising in the design and construction of houses, luxury apartments, high-rise buildings, factories, prefabricated houses, and industrial parks in Japan and other countries around the world.

Medi Hub is the top company in Japan providing luxury healthcare services. Founded in 2014 with the mission of connecting the world, creating a healthy future, and improving public health through digital transformation, Medi Hub has developed throughout Asia with 2,000 doctors and partners including hospitals, healthcare centres, and luxury nursing homes.

Sunny World also signed a cooperation agreement with Haichang Ocean Park Holdings from Hong Kong to jointly develop theme parks in Vietnam.

Haichang Ocean Park Holdings is a leading marine-life theme park developer and operator of amusement parks and supports commercial real estate projects in China. The group owns ten theme parks and one is under construction, featuring destinations such as Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, Sanya Haichang Fantasy Town, and Zhengzhou Haichang Ocean Park.

With the signing of these strategic cooperation agreements, Sunny World has expressed its sustainable development vision to become a leading corporation in investment and economic promotion in Vietnam that constantly mobilises high-quality domestic and international resources to contribute to national development. At the same time, it seeks opportunities to activate community development campaigns through strategic cooperation with leading partners in the region.
