Digitisation and AI are becoming indispensable for industries aiming to achieve net zero by 2050. Forrester's Data and Analytics Survey found that 73 per cent of data and analytics decision makers are building AI technology and 74 per cent are seeing a positive impact on the business. IDC research also shows that industrial companies that strategically pursue sustainability, combined with a long-term digital transformation agenda, significantly outperform their competitors.

Digital transformation, implemented through software applications powered by AI, is making significant strides in enhancing customer engagement, increasing productivity, improving sustainability, and saving costs in asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, utilities, and logistics.
