PVcomBank, on January 16, was officially recognised as an "ACCA Approved Employer," a notable milestone underscoring the bank's commitment to elevating its workforce and reinforcing its global standing. The ceremony, held at PVcomBank’s headquarters in Hanoi, saw the attendance of senior leaders from both sides, highlighting the significance of this achievement.
The ACCA qualification, renowned for its global reach, is recognised in 180 countries. PVcomBank's inclusion in the elite group of over 8,000 ACCA-approved enterprises globally, effective November 2024, marks a pivotal step forward. This certification is a testament to PVcomBank’s robust training policies and human resource development strategies, aimed at fostering an ideal working environment.

During the event, PVcomBank and ACCA also inked a comprehensive cooperation agreement. This pact sets the stage for a series of initiatives focused on enhancing the professional competencies of PVcomBank's staff. The agreement signifies a shared commitment to sustainable development and deeper international integration, positioning PVcomBank as a forward-thinking institution.
The collaboration will see ACCA introducing tailored initiatives to bolster leadership, financial management, and strategic human resource development at PVcomBank. A centrepiece of this partnership is the ACCA Job Fast Track programme, which offers ACCA members and students exclusive recruitment opportunities based on their certification achievements.

Nguyen Viet Ha, deputy general director of PVcomBank, expressed his delight at the certification, calling it a clear reflection of the bank's relentless efforts to foster a supportive and progressive workplace. “Becoming an 'ACCA Approved Employer' not only validates the exceptional work environment at PVcomBank but also reinforces our dedication to nurturing high-calibre talent. We will continue to build on our current strengths and fully support our staff in advancing their professional skills,” said Ha.
