Prudential extends premium payment period to up to 120 days

On September 6, Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. has received approval from the Ministry of Finance, to extend the grace period from the standard 60 to 120 days for all of its policyholders who have premium payments with due dates from August 30 to December 31.

This is the latest effort of Prudential Vietnam to ensure customers continue to receive uninterrupted protection during the pandemic.

Phuong Tien Minh, CEO of Prudential Vietnam shared, “Some of our customers may be facing financial burdens and emotional distress as a result of the outbreak. By extending the grace period for premium payments, we hope that it may help ease the financial difficulties of customers in these challenging times, providing them peace of mind and, more importantly, continued protection amid these times."

The pandemic continues to substantially impact the public’s ability to carry on its normal course of business. Prudential Vietnam is encouraging its customers to utilise online transactions to limit in-person contact and ensure compliance with the government's regulations on COVID-19 prevention.
