The scheme looks towards the sustainable and effective use of the natural resources.

Vietnam is expected to complete exploration projects and exploit 3,203 tonnes of tin, 5,610 tonnes of tungsten and 819 tonnes of antimony by 2025.

The mining activities are projected to cost VND2.52 trillion (US$108.36 million) by 2035 with about VND1.1 trillion ($47.3 million) for tin, VND1.22 trillion ($52.46 million) for tungsten and VND191 billion ($8,213 million) for antimony.

The State has restructured small-sized businesses that use outdated technologies as well as cause losses of natural resources and environmental pollution.

In the future, the State will finalise and supplement relevant policies and laws in an effort to facilitate tin, tungsten and antimony projects, in tandem with monitoring mining activities.
