Meanwhile, Huynh Ngoc Nhon (Nescafé) has been awarded the Silver Prize in the marketer's category. Nhon becomes one of the Vietnamese representatives at Young Spikes Asia, the most prestigious award for creative advertising in Asia-Pacific.

Binu Jacob, managing director of Nestlé Vietnam said, “We make constant efforts to build Nestlé Vietnam into an ideal workplace. The company fosters a diverse and creative working environment where each employee can unlock their full potential based on long-term sustainable values. The victory of Nestlé Vietnam's young talents at this year's Vietnam Young Lions is a testament to this.”

The culture of experimentation and creativity motivates young employees to persevere in innovation, strive to learn, and push their limits.

Nestlé also carries out the Management Trainee programme and the Lighting up Vietnamese Talents programme every year to equip freshly-graduated talents with practical knowledge and skills through hands-on work.

Since 2021, Nestlé Vietnam has cooperated with more than 19 universities in Ho Chi Minh City and other organisations to provide knowledge on branding and product positioning to students. The company has hosted online career sharing sessions for more than 10,000 students. In the same year, Nestlé Vietnam was also honoured the Best Working Environment in Vietnam by Anphabe.
