Under the agreement, HDBank will implement Microsoft products and technical solutions into its operation with the aims of improving operational efficiency, saving costs, strengthening information security as well as providing premium banking services to customers.
HDBank will upgrade to the latest versions of Microsoft softwares in the next three years, which helps its IT systems to meet international standards.
The agreement brings along with it Microsoft expertise that will facilitate HDBank to optimise its IT infrastructure and banking application softwares. Microsoft will support HDbank in its technical implementation, technology transfer training, operation management and safe information exchange. Moreover, Microsoft will develop a procedure helping HDBank to reduce costs, increase level of automation so as to improve performance, provide customers the best services in the shortest time. Microsoft Consultant Service team will join directly with the partner in implementing this project as well as ensuring the system operates with high efficiency with Premier Service 24x7 service.
