HASCO and Banyan Tree to debut Skypark in Vietnam

HASCO Group and Banyan Tree Group signed a cooperation agreement to debut the Skypark brand in Vietnam on April 2. Both groups share a like-minded philosophy in real estate development, and the determination to create attractive products that align with the recovery trend of the luxury apartment market.

Skypark is the first pure branded residence project ever developed by Banyan Tree Group worldwide.

The signing ceremony at the Skypark Atria Saigon project site in Ho Chi Minh City was regarded as historic, holding great significance for both parties.

The event not only signifies the continuation of Banyan Tree Group’s expansion plans in Vietnam, with upcoming projects in Ho Tram, Danang and various other locations throughout the country, but also a milestone in their over decade-long journey to conquer the Vietnamese market.

The Skypark branded residence makes its debut with the luxurious Skypark Atria Saigon apartments, developed in accordance with Banyan Tree Group’s world-class standards.

This demonstrates the group’s determination to continually expand its presence in Vietnam, which is predicted to become one of the most attractive and fastest-growing destinations for branded real estate projects. This partnership also represents a ground-breaking step for HASCO Group within the realm of internationally branded residences. The agreement will be instrumental in realising the group's aspirations to put Vietnam on the global real estate map as a destination for luxury living.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Nguyen Van Minh, vice chairman of HASCO Group, expressed his high expectations for the group's maiden development venture in the southern metropolis.
