Hanwha DREAMPLUS Programme will support enthusiastic Vietnamese travel content creators |
This is the first time the programme (DTC) has been organised in Vietnam to find young people who are passionate about tourism and have a knack for creating content, taking photos, shooting films, or design to attend DREAMPLUS’ specialised training course to become a Travel Content Creator.
DTC was first launched in Korea in 2014. In July 2019, the programme will be deployed in Vietnam via the co-operation of Hanwha Life Vietnam, DSSVTI, Pops Worldwide, Big Cat, and Highlands Coffee.
To participate in this programme, applicants need to send their CV from now until July 2, 2019. Applicants need to demonstrate one of the following skills: planner-copywriter, photo-video creator, designer related to tourism.
After the selection round, the most impressive candidates who have passed the interview round will become Travel Content Creator trainees, participating in “tourism challenge” with DTC.
During the eight weeks of internship (from July 15 to September 6, 2019), trainees will work with professionals and influencers in the tourism industry in diverse skills such as planning, making videos, taking photos, writing, and managing personal social network channels.
During this time, each trainee will be supported with $1,000 to organise a domestic trip and complete a “mission” by using their newly-acquired skills. At the same time, trainees are also entitled to a grant of $250 per month.
After completing the programme, applicants can become independent Travel Content Creators, fully kitted out for the journey to conquer the travel passion. |
After eight weeks of internship, top applicants will be selected as Hanwha DREAMPLUS’ official Travel Content Creators for three months (from September 16 to December 6, 2019).
During this time, each Travel Content Creator will be given additional travel expenses of up to $1,000 and receive a salary of $250 per month to continue creating more exciting travel content. Creators will also be given the opportunity to participate in the Global DTC programme where they can meet and collaborate with Travel Content Creators from other countries.
With its huge investment in the market in parallel with a profound understanding of the Vietnamese community, Hanwha Group recognises fresh tourism trends and the desire of young people to assert themselves in the era of booming social networks. That is why Hanwha brought the DTC programme to Vietnam after having succeeded in Korea.
After completing the programme, applicants can become independent Travel Content Creators, fully kitted out for the journey to conquer the travel passion.
However, if excellent candidates desire to work at Hanwha, the group will also be supportive.
