Ford Vietnam introduces emergency service Ford 24/7 – Roadside Assistance to support customers anywhere and anytime.

This is part of Ford's extensive service package provided by Allianz – Ford's global partner. Clients who buy vehicles at Ford’s authorised dealer system between June 12 to December 31 will enjoy complimentary Roadside Assistance.

To bring relief and comfort to clients on every journey, Roadside Assistance covers four services including jump-starting a vehicle if the battery loses charge, replacing a flat tire with a spare, delivering up to 5 litres of fuel to stranded vehicles, and towing off a disabled vehicle to the nearest Ford dealership.

“Ford is the first automobile brand to bring this type of extended service to Vietnamese clients. Roadside Assistance is a testament to Ford Vietnam’s efforts to improve experience and bring relief to our clients in every journey,” said Pham Van Dung, general director of Ford Vietnam.

Ford 24/7 – Roadside Assistance is available to clients 24/7 including holidays in 63 cities and provinces. Clients can call 1800-6234 immediately for emergency assistance. In addition, Ford Vietnam also provides several after-sale programmes and extensive service packages for clients.
