Blockchain and all its aspects have been a part of Exness’ strategic vision for years.

The partnership is aimed at fostering the next generation of leaders in the space, providing all Exness employees with the opportunity to enrol in any of the leading blockchain courses that UNIC offers, including the Blockchain Academic Certification Programmes, the MSc in blockchain and digital currency, and the free Indocuctory Massive Open Online Course in Blockchain

With this collaboration, Exness aims to provide its employees with the tools and knowledge that will encourage its future plans and product development.

Elena Krutova, global head of People Development and People Care at Exness commented, “Our most valuable asset is our people. We invest heavily in not only acquiring and retaining the best talents in the world but also in their continuous personal and professional development. We believe that their growth within the organisation can spark new ideas, projects, and avenues for us to explore and take advantage of. This special collaboration with UNIC allows us to give every person in our 1,000+ member team the opportunity to become experts in blockchain technology and utilise their knowledge for the advancement of Exness in the crypto and blockchain space."

UNIC is a world leader in crypto and blockchain education and research, having been the first university in the world to offer a degree in the field. In 2014, more than 1,100 students, as well as the world’s first massive open online course (MOOC), focused on blockchain, which to date has seen almost 80,000 students enrolled from over 110 countries. UNIC was also the first university to offer a MOOC on decentralized finance in 2021.
