Resolution No.57-NQ/TW, issued last December, outlines Vietnam's strategic priorities for advancing science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. The seminar aimed to support businesses in implementing these technologies, critical tools for cost optimisation and enhanced competitiveness.
Provincial leaders, agency representatives, industry experts, and business executives presented their approaches to implementing Resolution 57, discussing emerging trends and practical solutions in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Participants also exchanged organisational best practices and implementation strategies being successfully deployed across sectors.
Nguyen Tri Phuong, head of DIZA, said it encourages private enterprises to intensify research efforts to develop practical and industry-specific solutions.
"Businesses should select technologies aligned with their sector requirements and resource capabilities. DIZA stands ready to support companies in researching, selecting, and implementing appropriate science, technology, and digital transformation solutions," Phuong said. "At the same time, we are committed to improving the investment climate through administrative reforms and enhanced IT-based management systems to better serve the business community."
During his presentation, Truong Hoang Phuong, director of the Nestlé Tri An factory said the company leads transformative growth via innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
"The company's digital focus prioritises comprehensive data digitalisation and targeted technology adoption. In Vietnam, Nestlé has committed over VND20 trillion ($768.8 million) in investments, establishing four factories and two distribution centres to date," Phuong said.
The Nestlé Tri An factory focuses on technology innovation and digital transformation to optimise efficiency.
