Total prizes for this 1m78-tall model amount up to VND2 billion (US$95,080), including two years working with Be U Model managing company, and a year living for free in a luxury apartment in District 2.
The first runner-up is male contestant Tuan Viet. The 2013 Vietnam’s Next Top Model is the first year the contest welcomed male contestants, besides female participants like previous years. The change was made after the 20th season of the original America’s Next Top Model opened the door to male models this February.
With the audition round in Vietnam kicked off in August, this season attracted 1,200 participants, the highest number of contestants so far.
